Broker Associate License. Sandy and Aaron obtained their Broker licenses in October 2017. A Broker Associate License is earned through two years experience working at least 20 hours a week as a licensee, 336 classroom hours in real estate from an approved proprietary school with 48 hours in Brokerage Management, and passing the Broker Exam.
CRS – Certified Residential Specialist. Sandy holds this designation. A Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is a Realtor® who has earned certification from the Council of Residential Specialists by completing a rigorous course of advanced training and by meeting significant experience requirements. Less than 4% of all licensed Realtors® are Certified Residential Specialists.
SRES – Senior Real Estate Specialist. Sandy holds this designation. The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation is for REALTORS® who want to be able to meet the special needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties. By earning the SRES® designation, REALTORS® are prepared to approach mature clients with the best options and information for them to make life-changing decisions.
SRS – Seller Representative Specialist. Sandy holds this designation. The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.
GRI – Graduate Realtor Institute. Sandy holds this designation. The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation.
ePRO Certification. Sandy holds this certification. An agent with NAR’s e-PRO® certification is dedicated to making the most of today’s social media and technology to help you with your real estate needs, whatever they may be. e-PRO® is the only technology certification to be officially recognized, endorsed, and conferred by the National Association of REALTORS®.
ABR – Accredited Buyer’s Representative. Sandy holds this designation. The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is designed for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients. One of the goals of this designation is to represent buyers with the same level of quality of service and degree of fidelity that sellers have customarily enjoyed.
CREN – Certified Real Estate Negotiator. Sandy earned the this certification to better serve her clients since negotiating is a very important part of the real estate transaction. During the training, negotiating strategies and best practices were learned.
SFR – Short Sale Foreclosure Resource. Sandy and Aaron both hold this designation. The SFR® certification teaches real estate professionals to work with distressed sellers and the finance, tax, and legal professionals who can help them.
MRP – Military Relocation Resource. Aaron holds this certification. The Military Relocation Professional certification focuses on educating real estate professionals about working with current and former military service members to find housing solutions that best suit their needs and take full advantage of military benefits and support.
RENE-Real Estate Negotiation Expert. Aaron holds this certification. The RENE certification program gives REALTORS® the tips and tools they need to be skillful advocates for their clients.
