Welcome, Dalis Alvarez, to The Agency!

Dalis has been a licensed realtor in Lexington, KY since 2017.  From the start, she has worked predominantly by referrals since she’s found her niche servicing the Hispanic community being from Puerto Rican herself.  Dalis has put together a professional team of Spanish-speaking professionals to refer her clients from lenders all the way to the title company at closing.

Dalis is very active in her church where she is a full-time minister.  She attributes the fact that she’s an ethical person at work and in life in general to putting Biblical principles into practice in her daily life.

Dalis has been married to her hubby Javier for 14 years (going on 100 she says!) They love hiking and running together, and they have a fur baby named Echo, a husky.

Pre-real estate, Dalis was an insurance agent for 6 years and she worked for a credit union for over 10 years, both in lending and as a bank teller.

If you’re thinking of making a move in Central Kentucky, give Dalis a call at The Agency! (859)312-4114
